Strengthening Your Personal Christ

Use of the four elements in cataclysmic activity is but nature’s way of purifying and shaking herself free from the contamination of human discordant thought and feeling and returning her to a pristine condition of God purity.
Every moment each individual is receiving into his mind and body the pure and perfect life of God. Each moment he is also giving quality of some kind to the pure universal substance of God. This quality he alone creates and generates and he must receive it back into his mind and body for all things in the universe moves in circles and thus returns to its source.
We, the Ascended Masters, have learned the Law of the Circle, the Law of One; hence, we impose upon the pure universal substance only the qualities we wish to use for the special work at hand. If we desire a manifestation to express in a certain length of time, we set the time, give the command, and the substance of which that special manifestation is composed responds accordingly.
In the case of the records at the Royal Teton Retreat, and certain retreats throughout the world, it is necessary for our work that certain things be made imperishable in order to be maintained throughout the centuries. We decree that quality into them and the decree is recorded accordingly for nature never lies. She is a truthful recorder of the qualities placed upon her. She obeys us and also obeys man but there is a certain activity within her that mankind is either in ignorance of or else stubbornly refuses to acknowledge.
For this ignorance and stubbornness they pay and pay and pay continually until the individual personal self learns and acknowledges the fundamental truth of the Law of the One, the Law of Love, the Law of Harmony, the Law of the Circle, and the Law of Perfection. When humanity really does learn and obey these everlasting decrees, destructive activities of the four elements will cease.
There is a self-generating and self-purifying force within nature that rises and throws off all that disagrees with the Law of the One. This force of energy is a pushing activity from within out and is the one power expanding if discord is imposed upon the pure universal substance; the electronic energy becomes temporarily dammed up within it. When such accumulated energy reaches a certain pressure, expansion takes place shattering discord and limitation.
Thus, the great life of the one, the ever expanding luminous essence of Creation, God in action, over powers whatever seeks to oppose it and goes on in its appointed way the supreme ruler of its universe. The Ascended Masters of Light know this and are in harmony with that knowledge. Mankind may know it will be at one also if it only will. It is within the possibilities and capabilities of every individual for it is an innate eternal principle within self-conscious life. All human beings are self-conscious life. This principle plays no favorites and all of you can express it fully if you really so desire.
Within the life of every human being is the power by which he or she can express all that the Ascended Masters express every moment if he but chooses to do so. All life contains will but only self-conscious life is free to determine its own course of expression. Hence, the individual has free choice to express in either the human limited body or the superhuman divine body. He is a chooser of his own field of expression. He is a self-determining creator. He has willed and chosen to live as self-conscious life.
When individualizes within the absolute, all pervading light, he chooses of his own free will to become an intensified individual focus of self-conscious intelligence. He is the conscious director of his future activities. Thus having once made his choice, he is the only one who can fill that destiny which is not inflexible circumstance but a definitely designed plan of perfection. It is a blueprint, which he elects to express in the realm of form in action. So you see my son a human being may at any time determine to raise out of his human qualities or limitations if he will give all of his life, his energy to that determination he will succeed.
Those of us who have raised the body accomplished the Ascension by giving all to the God Self within and hence it expresses its perfect qualities, the divine plan of life, through us.
“Beloved children of the one Mighty God knoweth not the life thou are using is from the one supreme Presence eternally pure, holy, and perfect? If thou dost mar the beauty and perfection of that one light, thou cutest thyself off from the gifts of thy God. Thy life is the sacred jewel of thy God’s love the source of the secrets of the universe.
Thy God does trust thee with his own heart’s light; cherish and adore it. Let it ever expand unto greater light and greater glory. Thy life is the Pearl of Great Price. Thou art the keeper of God’s wealth. See thou use it for him only and know thou hast received the light of life for whose use thou shall give an accounting.
Life is a continuous circle the principle upon which thy city is builded. If thou dost create that which is like unto thy Source and knoweth his love and peace within thee, if thou dost use thy powers of creation to bless only then as thou dost move around thy circle of existence, thou will knoweth the joy of life and unto it shall be added greater joy. If thy createth not like thy Source thine evil shall return unto thee with more of its kind.
Thou alone dost choose thy destiny and thou alone answers to thy God for the use thou dost make of life, thy being. The Great Law no one can escape. Long have I proclaimed this Law of Life, the law of thyself. Thou art unto thyself because thou canst always come unto thy God if thou desire the perfection of life.
I come not always as now to hold thy strained feet upon the pathway of truth or to remind thee of thy eternal light set upon a mountaintop for thy eternal guidance. In the far distant day I will speak within the heart of man and if thou does love light, thou will call unto me abiding in the many cells. Let this not confound thee my children. If thou wouldst know my light thou will have to seek me, to find me, and having found me abide within me always.
In that day the Father, Mother, and Son will be one within the heart of man. The son is forever the door, the way unto God. In thy mind and in thy heart as thy light [is] ever reminding thee of my Presence for in the time to come I will be present only in that light. Then will I be wisdom in thy mind to govern the love in thine heart that thou mayest be filled with the peace of the one life of God.
Thy body is but the instrument of thy soul and into thy soul must stream my light or thou wilt perish. My light in thy mind is the way into the heart of all life. Only by my light in thee canst thou expand the light in every cell of thy being into greater and greater being. In thy throat is my light in thy power to speak my words. Through these I always illumine, protect, and perfect my children. Words that do not do this three-fold mission are not my words. And can only do misery when spoken.
Meditate upon my light in thy mind and thy heart and thou shall see within all things, know all things, and do all things. Then that which is not of me can never confound thee. I speak these words so they shall be engraved upon the tablets of the earth and the memory of its children. In the far off day of which I speak [every] one of God’s children will have received these my words and shall give them forth to bless the world.
In that time when thou has fully received my Presence and are letting it always act in thy life and thy world, thou wilt find the cells of thy body thou does then occupy becoming light with my light and thou will realize that thou canst continue into thy eternal body of life, the seamless robe of Christ. Then and then only will thou be free from the Wheel of Rebirth having traveled thy long journey through human experience and fulfill the Law of Cause and Effect. Thou shall transcend all conditions governed by law and shall thyself become the law of all love they are. Such is the eternal body of Christ.” Master Saint Germain
Such is the eternal ascended body of Christ in which one is able to wield the scepter of dominion and be free. My son [and daughter] even now you can ascend into the light of the one for the light is in your mind the light is in your heart and if you stand in it firmly, you can and will raise your body of limitation into your pure eternal body of light forever youthful and free transcending time, place, and space.
Your glorious self stands ever waiting for you. Come into its light and receive eternal peace and rest and action. It needs no preparation it has all power. Come fully into the embrace of your light self and in that moment even today your present body can become ascended. So Jesus had a choice of being human, to choose the human condition or the divine, most of mankind chooses to be human and that is why you have very few people who have ascended on your planet, very few.
We will go through some exercises today but if we get to a point where you do not feel comfortable, you have a choice of continuing or not. Many are called but few are chosen and everyone is really being called but why are so few choosing? So few are choosing because of one simple fact, they still believe in limited consciousness and limited being. They have not evolved or stepped into unlimited consciousness and being even though in each moment each second it is available to them and it is in such vast abundance this energy called love.
All of us have learned that God is love it is such a clichéd if only you brought your total awareness to the depths of your being where you have such a deep understanding and an unwavering faith in it. It only happens through experience and no other way. You have to know that you are that love and you can radiate that love and know that you can magnetize that love and then you have to do something remarkable, yet it is innate, you have to be that love.
And being that love means that you cannot judge anyone anymore. When you look out, you see the many faces of God. God is giving life to those beings in front of you and they are truly divine even though they do not acknowledge their own divinity most of the time. You are willing to because what you see is what you are. The moment you see the divine in another, it is found in you and not until them. You give meaning to life itself and no one else does. You may have heard things and been conditioned by family or educators you may have come across in your lifetime but you are the sole determining factor of your reality.
Can we please acknowledge those who have created this space for you to be in today, and that includes your Sacred Christ Self? You might think that it was you who brought you here but before you leave here today you will know the part of you that brought you here, the Christ Self so you can acknowledge your own Christ Self.
“Close your eyes. Take a deep breathe in and mentally tell your shoulders to relax and they will. Breathe in tell the shoulders to relax even more. Tell them to let go of any tension. As you exhale, let go of any tension any anxiety, which means fear of the future.
Breathe in love. Send love to every facet of your being, every organ, every tissue, every bone, even your brain. Breathe in love. Expand this love to encompass all of us here uniting us in love, the cohesive power of love. So to each of your fellow brethren on this sacred journey you are on these travelers, these adventurers that have joined in here with you, breathe in again and send them love.
Now breathe in light, white, white light and send white light in the area we are in. Fill it with a brilliant dazzling white light where it is so bright there is no bodies here just white light. Can you create that in your mind’s eye? If you cannot, this would be the appropriate time before we go any further for you to ask for assistance. We are going to take a moment for you to invite a sacred entity that you really believe in to come and assist you. It could be Archangel Michael. It could be Buddha, Jesus, Mary, God, your spirit guides, the Holy Spirit, Mother Earth, the Ascended Masters, the Company of Heaven, the Source of all life. You can invite more than one but please do so now
This will lift your vibration immediately because the same shield now covers us all and our collective energy is quantified, purified, and sanctified in this moment. The sanctity of your true self is now being blessed and it is starting to couple and bond with the light. The great love of God is Alpha and the great light of God is Omega from the love came the light of the wisdom of God comes your feeling nature, the Holy Spirit. What you feel becomes real. All thought is vibration. All thought is vibration and feeling makes it a manifest reality. Without that feminine you are surely shooting arrows in the dark and hoping to hit the target. if you could feel it as already so you would always see the target, find the mark, and hit the target in the light.
So I want you to feel for a moment, as if you already were the light of God, because you truly are the light of God, the love of God, the truth of God, the beauty of God, the perfection of God, and the joy of God. You are God’s joy. You are God’s light. You are God’s love. You are God’s harmony. You are God’s beating heart. I want you to consciously go inside yourself. Program yourself that with each beat of your heart, heretofore, that you are reminded that you could not have life without the Source of life in you now. And it surrounds you permanently, penetrating every cell of your being. Even in diversity you can be in unity for the Law of One is the Law of Life and there is no greater law than the Law of One, the Law of Life, and the Law of Love.
Mankind will seemingly run into disharmony and discord, malady, sickness, and disease, problem after problem until it comes to grasp the irrefutable truth of the Law of Love. It is only love that can dispel all sickness and disease. It is only in love that you can live totally abundant and free without lack or limitation. Every saint, sage, or avatar that you have ever heard of or has ever graced your planet, as well as many names of which you are not even aware that are in physical form and have not yet left the planet; can all attest in this holy moment of now that because we have Ascended, you can too.
It is only because the Veil of Forgetfulness was placed upon us that we forget about our true self but we find our way home into the Father’s House and we realize that it was in our hearts all the time. It is underneath our nose, so to speak. Where else would this Presence abide, this eternal Presence if not in our heart. So take your conscious awareness to your heart and create a blue flame to your left, a yellow flame in the middle, and a pink flame to the right, a Three-Fold Flame. This is a sacred image that was given to the mystics, given to everyone that became an avatar, to everyone that attained sainthood, to everyone from Jesus to Mary, and all the rest.
Everyone of them knew of this Three-Fold Flame and they became guardians of God’s love, wisdom, and power and they formed a covenant with the Source of all life to allow God in them to be them, that God loves you as you, that God is indeed you expressing through you and though this has been beclouded and veiled for you for the greater part of your life, you are no longer willing to live in the shadows but ready to step into the brilliant light and love that you are and were created to manifest and express in this sojourn that you avowed to take even before you descended into form.
Your divine plan, primary and only goal, and nothing can keep you from it is to ascend, to transcend the world of form, the third dimensional frequencies, and abide and abound in the fourth, the fifth dimensional frequencies, and therefore go into the higher realms of sixth, seventh, eight, and ninth dimensional frequencies. What you create in the fourth dimensional frequencies can be called down into the physical. It is known as precipitation. It means calling a circumstance or an event to pass before its time.
Know that you are endowed right now and visualize the Holy Spirit above us like a white dove with the head to the heavens, the wings outstretched, and the tail feathers fanned to the earth below. Above our Circle now it is radiating a beam of white light to our third eyes, it is radiating another beam of gold to our crowns, it is radiating a blue beam to our throat, and it is radiating a pink beam to our heart, our physical heart. To the degree that you accept and allow this beneficent blessing that comes from the Holy Spirit is to the degree that it will be measured unto you. Only you can determine how much you receive in any given moment it is your conscious attention and focus in the moment that allows you to receive the gift that is being offered, the blessing that is being rendered unto man, unto woman, unto us now.
Pink ray is radiating from the Holy Spirit and it is going to our heart, blue to our throat, white to our third eye and a golden ray going to our crown. There is a tube that enters through the crown. It is minimal in most lifestreams especially those that do not believe in their higher selves and still believe only in their human nature. This is not saying that they are less than us, as a matter of fact they are equal. It is their ignorance and sometimes their arrogance that keeps them from illuminating themselves and it is their choice. In any given moment they could choose perfection or imperfection for most believe in limitation and imperfection.
It takes no more energy or effort to create perfection. The energy will go either way.
You are always at choice to stay human or move into super divine consciousness. Your planet Earth is moving to super divine consciousness. She is in the process of Ascension right now and only those embodiments that are going to let go of the material and seek the spiritual will be allowed to ascend with her. The material is where man wants constantly to gain, gain, gain and add to his lot, his leisure, and his means. Had he had the same emphasis been applied to his divine spiritual nature and he first sought the Kingdom of God, all those things would have been added unto him without effort, without labor. The Ascended Masters are great batteries of power, love, and light. They can precipitate and manifest anything at will because they are one with the Father.
Can you let go of the limited state of consciousness where Father and Son are seemingly two when actually they are one? Can you accept and realize that God is in you now and giving you life? And can you adore, cherish, and love that God by letting it express as light through you? Can you see all the other many expressions of that one Source that is imbued in a plant, a flower, a tree, a human, etc., ad infinitum to the stars, the planets and the sky? There is God intelligence from the one Source in the myriad expression and it is one.
Now go back to your heart and take your awareness and create there the blue, the yellow, and the pink flames. Each time, each time that you can consciously create this and not just once or twice a day but every two or three minutes give it conscious credence. You will see that everything that once troubled you, everything that once caused fear in you will fall by the wayside. No plague will come neigh your dwelling. Those areas that you lack in whether they be financial, emotional, or relationship shall be filled. You will be able to consciously direct and will into being, into action, into light, into truth your heart’s desires, and every one of them if they are constructive will be upheld.
The time is now, the time is at hand, and you are being called into the Kingdom. It is a clarion call that is being issued forth to you now and she or he who has ears to hear, let them hear. Let he or she who has eyes to see, let them see. Let those who are truly seeking and have been seeking all their life long for the glory of God’s Kingdom, let it be rendered unto them. Let them be so immersed in the Presence of God’s love, wisdom, and power. Let their God I AM resurrect and become I AM. Let them no more be in servitude to the ego. Let the Presence of God in them have dominion once again. If you really knew that the energy, power, and intelligence that you were using was your God Self, you would be granted in that holy instant dominion over all things. Even now, even this night you could ascend if you would allow yourself to. If you would now accept totally and wholly the God of your understanding, the God that is truly love that all one and what is all-encompassing can have no opposite for truly I heard this recently in a healing session and it stayed with me and it is emblazoned in my heart that no one can ever truly know God as long as they think there is an opposite but when you have an opposing force, you have neutralization and in neutralization you have nothing or no thing in manifestation.
It is only when you can polarize yourself like an Ascended Master does in the oneness with God, own that God is now breathing through you, healing your heart, living and expressing through you and that God is now thinking through your mind, body, heart, and soul. Only when you can really believe that there is nothing inside of you or outside of you that can stop God as fully expressing as you and your Ascension. Only when you can truly accept that there is nothing outside of you or inside of you that could stop your Ascension or your God Presence from truly being only then will you Ascend because it is the Law of One the Law of Love. Love just creates after itself. It is a continuous cycle. It only creates perfection because perfection is love.
So it supports itself and fills itself and renews itself continually, constantly, and eternally. Remember it takes no more energy to create imperfection than it does perfection. It takes no more energy to live as a human expression of life than it does the divine. You are always at choice and you have been choosing according to the collective consciousness and global thought form of your world. You have been programmed to be human and limited that is not who you are. You are a child of unlimited expanse. You are a child of infinite love. Every Master you have become aware of has known this truth. Some of us say well we are not like them. The only reason you are not like them is because you believe you are not like them.
The moment you accept you are, you change. The planet is changing. No matter what you heard about America, she is destined to be a great source of light on our planet. From boarder to boarder, coast to coast everything will be thrown off that has beclouded her or created great corruption. The Ascended Masters have avowed to do this for us they have been guiding humanity for eons of time though humanity for the greater part was unaware, oblivious to the fact of their being or existence. Each time you have acknowledged their existence or any of the ones such as Jesus or Buddha but you say they are less than they are, you subtly send out emanations through the Law of the Circle, that which will return to you many fold and you will never attain.
Man has not learned this lesson yet that even the subtlest thought of something happening to another person will reach that person but after it does, according to the perfect Law of the Circle, it returns to its sender yea many fold. Many a person has died because of misuse of thought and feelings. Those deaths or violence that were created on your planet are infinitesimal compared to those deaths that were created by misguided thought and feeling. Every sickness and disease that exists on your planet is because you accepted it through your thought and feeling. Every problem that ever ensued was because of your thoughts and feelings being misguided consciously and unconsciously, intentional or unintentional. Whether you send this thought form out knowingly or unknowingly, it is allowed and has to return to the source from whence it came.
It would behoove you to invite the Holy Spirit that is hovering above us which is the feeling side of your life to cleanse and purify you now. I will stop speaking to give you an opportunity to connect with this Holy Spirit and if you are sincere and there is no ulterior motive, such as wanting to be superior to another no but if you are really doing it for the love of life, love of perfection, for the love of beauty and truth, then it will be rendered unto you. Can you step into the realm of consciousness where you would really, really, really want to experience the light, as you never did before and have direct contact with the Holy Spirit? Maybe you have done that before and it was wonderful. Are you ready to experience that blissful moment and that joy again?
See the Holy Spirit in your mind’s eye beaming above you sending the pink ray to your heat, which is unconditional love; the blue to your throat, which is the will, power, faith, and the protection of God; the white, which is purification and sanctification of God to the third eye. And the gold, which is the Christ light the same mind, which is in God, is being infused in you illumining your mind and talking it into the higher octaves of expression where my words do not fall on deaf ears, where your inner vision is greatly being enhanced, and where the energies in your body are now being oh so charged with eternal life, beauty, and perfection because it was your desire and intention.
There are three requirements to becoming an Ascended Master. You have to be calm in mind, peaceful and loving in the feelings, and strong in body-calm in mind, peaceful and loving in the feelings, and strong in body. When I say strong in body, I do not mean like Hercules strength or weight lifter strength. I am saying being able to be a container to hold this light to revere the light, and to accept the light. Then do what most people would think is foolish to radiate the light to every one in your world of form and bless all life everywhere. Lower man collects things and likes to hoard them. Higher man or ascended man or woman does not. They freely receive and they freely give. They love to give their peace and harmony to the world and love abounds within it and is the light, which so charges it with the power to do so. That is strong in body, calm in mind, and loving and peaceful in the feelings.
Can you draw the love and light and radiate the love, peace, and harmony to your world even to those people you find hostile toward you? Can you unconditionally render this service now? Can you really truly understand that there is only one race, the human race? There is only one religion, the religion of love. There is only one language, the language of the heart, which you are incorporating now and utilizing to the fullest extent and to the best of your ability. That is all that is required for each time that you do this you expand the God Presence in you. The Holy Christ Self becomes more eminent and prominent in your every thought and feeling.
One positive thought has the power to erase 1,000 negative thoughts; such is the equation under cosmic law so each moment and each second you are spending in this meditative state you are negating thousands and thousands of negative thoughts that arose in your being. You are cleaning, cleansing, purifying, and sanctifying; making holy your temple so the abode of God can have a perfect place within your being, within your seeing, within your hearing, within your doing.
Take a deep breath and radiate love, peace, and harmony to your world. Draw forth the breath of life from the Holy Spirit. Breathe it in. Radiate love, peace, and harmony to our world, and our planet. Remember that when we are coupled together and united like this, we are sending forth a vast great power. Breathe nothing, nothing can stop the expansion and this force reaches its mark. Breathe in and send forth lifting everyone. I want you to breathe in now and send forth.”
Lastly how do Ascended Masters really fuel themselves? I am going to open it up to questions. You can ask me anything you want. If I personally do not know the answer a Master will come through me, I am the Messenger, and they will answer your question directly. And the answer that they give will not only be for you, it will be tailored to you but you will see that it blesses all in the room because they do it not just for the personality of a person, they would never consider that, they always do it for the greater good of all so all here will be blessed.
So I need to share with you something that was given to me before I entered the room. Today I asked for guidance and I was told, “Beloved it is time that you teach them how to strengthen the Christ in them” and it is done through the sacred breath. This is the holy breath that Master Saint Germain who was Joseph, Mary’s husband and Jesus’ father, mastered in the Essene Temple, as did many other great masters. Melchizedek knew this breath; the Kahunas in Hawaii use it daily. They would not go a day without practicing it. It creates manna, prana, Chi, and spirit. It strengthens the spirit of you, the light of God, the love of God, and the truth of God in your being. It is so simple that it has eluded many.
Even written in books in bookstores will you come across this breath and yet it could help so many and change so many in the twinkling of an eye. It was one of our closely guarded secrets in the Shaolin Temple where I was trained in martial arts. You inhale for a count of seven, count for yourself, hold the breath for the count of seven, and exhale for seven. Inhale for a count of seven, count for yourself; hold for a count of seven. Exhale for a count of seven, hold for a count of seven. There are four rounds of seven. There is a count of seven on an inhale. Hold it after you inhale for seven; exhale for seven before you inhale again. You do your own counting and there are seven rounds.
Now before you do this what is not common knowledge and only known by those who are not schooled in this practice is that you have to set the intention and then you have to create an allowance where you allow your Holy Christ Self that is part of you, that is one with God to be filled with this light, with this breath, with this holy, holy breath that is beyond any normal breath you have ever taken, why, because it is done in consciousness. It is done in intention and it is done in full allowance to express to build to supercharge my Christ Self, your Christ Self, because it is one self.
Each time that you do this with your breath; you are providing one of the highest services to God and man. Each time that you do this you strengthen Christ consciousness in you. It becomes more embed in your personification. It now becomes your thinking mind. You will see for yourself because I am going to let you all do it on your own. I would recommend that those of you that have never done this before or have forgotten about this to use your fingers to count because it is important that you only do seven rounds. Sometimes people may do eight rounds. The extra round is not detrimental but if you were to follow the letter of the law and the spirit of the law, you would have the whole law and that is what was understood in our Mystery Schools.
We did not deviate form principle and make up our own little thing or try to read into things or say oh that is ok. No we were schooled in the discipline. We did it because we love God with all our heart, mind, body, and soul and we wanted to love everybody else that we encountered in that same manner. We wanted to be that love. We wanted to love nature the trees, the birds, and animals that way and we would never, never give up till we reached that end. We were dedicated and committed. Can you do the same now?
On a count of three you are all on your own. The apron strings are cut. You will take a breathe in and use your fingers to count. You will do seven rounds. Inhale for seven hold your breath for seven, then exhale for seven, and hold for seven. Repeat this seven times.
We are going to close this meditation by singing Amen. It is done in two breaths. I am going to explain to you linearly what you just did. I am not going to leave you hanging. I am going to bring it all home to you tied together and fill in those blank places for you. You may say I see how to do this and it is super simple but how does it relate to anything else. I need more information. I want to give you that but let us close first. AH is the sacred sound of the heart and HA is the sound of unconditional love. So I want you to focus on your heart and the Three-Fold Flame therein and I want you to do the AH HA there.
You are going to breathe and go AH… That was good but it is done in two points like an Ohm is done Oh…m… The AH HA is done in two parts. AH… HA… AH is conditional love, love of plants, pets, etc. HA is unconditional love coupled together they represent divine love, the all love that can have no opposite.
So that is why you need to couple them together. If you were chanting Ohm, the Oh sound is yang and the m…sound is yin. Coupled together they create the whole. AH HA coupled together creates the whole of divine love. We are going to do it like an Ohm. It is AH HA with three breaths in AH HA. Sanskrit teaches us that AH is the sound of the heart. The Gnostic teachings, the Essene teachings, and the highest teachings ever revealed to man in their most distilled form told us that HA was the sound of unconditional love coupled together, the love that is all in the all that is.
We are honoring the love in the all that is. Every time you honor love, love honors you. There is a law called the Law of Balance and Reciprocity that commands it to do so. When you are done after these next two breaths, you will be filled with more love than before when you walked into this Circle. Breathe in AH-HA and the last one. So you can understand why a Kahuna would do the seven breaths. I am a Kahuna Lapa’au. If you ever venture on an island named Kawai, you will see my name on the Kahuna Stone; 1993 was the first time that they ever allowed someone who was not Hawaiian to go through the initiation.
Morna D. Semonia, who was recognized twice by the United Nations as a Woman of Peace, is the one who took me in a cave for 28 days. I recently tried to take my wife there but when I told her the bugs crawl on you like centipedes because it is so dark, she said perhaps not. Why you are breathing like that is because of your own sun it goes to the summer solstice and pauses and then it descends.
When you breathe in this manner you are setting yourself up with individual planetary, solar, galactic, universal, and multiversal forces. Now why is this so important to your Christ Self? You probably did not know that there are different offices of the Christ in the hierarchy of God. There is an individual one like Jesus became and there is a planetary Christ. Now let me take you one step further. There is a solar Christ and there is another house above that one, which is called the galactic Christ. There is another one above that one. It is called the universal Christ. There is another one above that one and it is called the multiversal Christ.
They are the houses of the Christ and also if you ever want to dive into this information about the divine feminine there are offices of the divine Shekenia. You have deities that are females like Mary Magdalene who was a very powerful being and Mother Mary but there are some names I could throw out there that you are unfamiliar with like Sophia. She is a very, very powerful deity and also there is grand cosmic Isis. I could name more names but believe me they are out there. I want you to know that the offices of Christ are real and the last office, the highest office of Christ, is the cosmic Christ. Remember you have an individual, planetary, solar, galactic, universal, multiversal and the seventh office, the Cosmic Christ.
These beings are so highly evolved that they are in charge of systems of worlds systems of suns that are higher than your Central Sun called the Alpha and the Omega. If we were to look at it with a very discerning perspective, if you were listening with a very discerning ear, you would have found out that Alpha is the love for this system of worlds and Omega stands for light in this system of worlds in which we abide. If you were listening very, very closely do not have to worry about America. Turn off CNN please and the other news reports because they are not helping you. You would be better off doing these seven breaths connecting with the energy of the Christ, your Christ, and feeding and strengthening it instead of spending 20 minutes reading headlines. You would be more productive in your life and not feed the lower. Feed the higher you now you have choice.
Now when you leave here you are not going to have me call you and say are you doing it. I do not call you and ask you if you are you doing these things. Probably when I first started out, I might have but not now. The things you hear in this dissertation can be held up to your own personal test. If this is truth, then it must work for you. If it is not working for you, it never was true no matter how good it sounded. Do not accept anybody else’s truth any more. Prove the truth to yourself and find out what is written in your heart that no man can take. We were conditioned and brought up to believe that limitation is how it was and you were handed a bunch of illusions. You thought that you were here to seek the material. You are not, you never were. All of us descended to seek the spiritual and waken to our power. The time is at hand and we are only a few short years away from this turning point event.
Were any of you aware of Grand Cross in the sky that we had, June 26? There was a lunar eclipse, with the Moon conjunct Pluto, the Sun conjunct Mercury, and Jupiter/Uranus squared on one end of the sky and Saturn on the other Did any of you know that July 17th was the beginning of the sixth day in the Mayan calendar. The Conscious Convergence, July 17-18, 2010, is to create unity consciousness in the ninth wave of the Mayan calendar system. It is the beginning of the sixth day. Did you know the Mayan calendar was accurate in its predictions? It is almost like you were living in the days of Nostradamus or Edgar Cayce if you were living in that era and you heard them say something, it panned out that way that it is undeniable. There is information left in Egypt, Babylonia, Tahiti, Mt. Shasta, and the Cliff Dweller pictographs and writings and I could take you there and show you.
I could put your hands on them and you could take pictures with your camera that you are living in those days and times. What astounds me to this very day and still perplexes me in some moments is how did they know it was going to happen before it happened and I can tell you this, an Ascended Master is the All-seeing Eye of God seeing everything. They read your energy field, know your weaknesses and your strengths and with great compassion, forgiveness, and love they look upon humanity and condemn no one. They are always ready to extend a hand if you reach out and take it. Too many have been conditioned that their world was supposed to be as it is and it never was. They were controlled and manipulated. They were lied to and cheated into it because they were living as a limited self.
When you reach this view, you cannot be confused any more. The dark cannot overcome the light. It really cannot, nothing can overcome the power of love, no thing, and nothing in Creation. There are instances and stories you have heard in your lifetime about loving a cat, a girl, or a man. Something happened and you started thinking that this love is not what I thought it should be. Do you know what you measured that love against? The world of form where there is good and bad, left and right, up and down. You use a world of polarity, a world that is fallen in nature that is dark in design to measure that love.
If a mate goes outside of a relationship to have an experience and comes back afterward, they need your forgiveness. Here is where it gets confusing for the many if they do not understand the higher spiritual truths and principles that govern life and life itself that is so pure, distilled and true. If they want to leave the relationship, say I love you God, bless you go if that is their desire. You can offer them forgiveness at the onset should they wish to stay. The mate may make the correction and become the greatest love they have ever known but in the world of form the mate is wrong and they are judged and condemned. Every time that you condemn, you condemn yourself and every time that you forgive, you forgive yourself and you return to love.
FORGIVENESS is simply one of the greatest virtues of the heart. Forgiveness is the heart of wisdom and wisdom is the heart of forgiveness. Without it you will never reach unconditional love it is necessary, vital. For you never to age again, for you never to be felled by sickness, for you to be able to tap into the universal field, you must have forgiveness because it is the MASTER KEY to love and without it you are lost and you will never find the door.
That is why it is said wide is the gate and narrow is the way and very few walk therein. People are still avoiding memories and incidents of people that did something to them that they did not like, disapproved of that gesture, or that thing they did. They cannot get rid of it and thy hold it, and hold it, and hold it never dawning upon them that it is a part of them. Just like your thumb does not look like your toe and my eye does not look like your palm. It looks different but it is still a part of me.
Now expand that into the world of spirit where we are one. It is only in the world of bodies that we look separate. If you went back to the spirit part of you, you co-created that effect to happen to you to see your capacity to forgive and love. Angry people cannot create a peaceful world. Can you, will you abide with the eternal law that regulates and governs all life? That is the only way you will ascend and transcend the third dimensional frequencies prevalent in your world today and access the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eight, and ninth frequencies that are available to you right now. You can choose any one you want. You do not have to go incremental. You can take a quantum leap is what the Masters say but unless you learn the law of love, the law of life, the law of the individual, you will never attain.
Did you not see Jesus on the cross and did you not read they pounded nails in him and put a crown of thorns on him and pierced his side, how they cast lots for his clothes. Remember the Mel Gipson movie where they are whipping him and his mother is watching? That ought to move you to forgive them because they know not what they did. I ask you to do the same thing next time somebody crosses you. This is not me and I am not implying in any way that you have to stay in that situation no, no, no hear me clearly that is not what I am saying. What I am saying and what I am offering to you is can you honestly and sincerely forgive this part of life so it can no longer hinder you? Can sincerely forgive this part of life so it can no longer disturb you so it no longer comes as one of those memories? Ask the Holy Spirit to cleanse and heal you. What we are saying is ask the Holy Spirit to do this one thing for you.
A, Course in Miracles teaches you remove all and any bad thoughts and only keep the good ones. What better power to do this than forgiveness? If you have sickness or an issue in your body that has been there for 10, 15, 20 years, I would tell you to do introspection. Go within and I take responsibility for your creation because as long as you think it is something doing it to you, you have no power over it. I can change it if I know I am doing it to myself. As long as I think life is doing it to me, life is going to do it to me because of my belief. Whether I lack in finances or health, I am doing it to me. Now once I can come in alignment with this thing and say ok I created you I am responsible for you and I love you and I forgive myself and everybody who is involved in this situation.
I am ready. I am willing, I am able, I deserve to return to the great house of my Father and it is in my heart. Now I want you to take that issue, that problem there whatever it may be or even for one of your loved ones. If you do not believe me, just try it. Remember I told you not to take my word for anything. I want you to prove this truth for yourself. Take it into the Three-Fold Flame of your heart, embrace it and take it into the folds of your sanctuary where God resides. Remember the cliché turn it over to God?
We say it but we did not know there was something associated with it in the Mystery Schools and that these Essenes and all those of higher learning knew. These people became very involved and very illumined to the point of sainthood to the point of Christhood. What they were doing was taking their concerns into the folds of their inner sanctuary and that is how they were turning things over to God the God that resides in them, the God that gives them life. Try it with your next little problem. Try it with the next dilemma that you are facing. You can trust implicitly in that power in that light in that resides in you.
Will you pay homage and adoration? Will you revere it and respect it and can you stand there unwaveringly and know that all places will be healed? Do not tell it that it has to look a certain way. Let it be where it is because you will be amazed at what you will receive. It will be even better than what you thought.
I encountered a situation a week before I came here. I received a call from my oldest son. He was having panic and anxiety attacks and he was diagnosed as being bipolar. If you know anything about that, you know that those individuals have a very distorted view of reality. They have highs and lows and you do not know whom you are talking to half of the time. They are very confused or angry and they are helpless. They are their worst enemy.
I flew him on a plane to me and I started working with him but before he came I turned everything over to the God Presence within and each day I was being asked how he was doing I said I am just doing what I am told. I did not know the results beforehand I put him in my heart. When I came to Michigan, he flew to Atlanta and do you know he is not bipolar any more and that is unheard of. Are you familiar with how the neurons fire? They fire in a nanosecond; the corpus colosum responses were not functioning correctly. It was fried quite literally fried.
I touched him because I can read energy and I read him with eyes open and I could see something scorched or burned. His brain synapses were like that scorched or burned. It was literally burned tissue and I was perplexed. I never encountered that before. I have experienced other healing situations where a person comes in and healing is accomplished. I still do not know anything. I am told what to do. Everybody gives me credit for doing things but it is God using me. It is the Father in me and I really want you to know that Anthony Sanchez had nothing to do with the healing of my son.
I am very obedient, I am very disciplined, I meditate before a Circle, and I do not come out till it is time to teach; I pray. I have to do this because people are putting their lives in my hands and I am being entrusted by God I AM and being watched closely from on high and I want to be able to do it. I know I can when I am in alignment with God and my Christ Self. My sincerest desire is to bring out another’s Christ Self and my own Christ Self and we play and it always works. I am going to tell you the secret. When I can get someone’s Christ and my Christ to work together; it seems healing always occurs. There are glitches when I cannot get the other person to play.
It is easier to do it with a plant or an animal than a human because of so much previous negative programming. When I was growing up, a lot of authority figures told me things and I believed them. I believed that I was different because my skin was brown or that they were a different color. I do not believe that any more. I am equal; I am not better than or less than, I am equal to the Masters on high. I embrace that, I honor that, I revere that, and I choose to express that way. You can do the same not your mother, father, husband, or wife; it is solely your choice.
So choose today whom you will serve. You can leave as limited man or woman or you can leave as Ascended man or woman. You are always at choice. The moment you start thinking like this you start drawing things that validate that you are your Christ Self. You will find limiting conditions and boundaries are falling by the wayside. They are no longer in existence to hinder you or hamper you. You are going to see that they all have a silver lining and a golden lining as well.
When I first found out about the BP oil event, I thought maybe it was not so good but did you see the silver lining and the golden lining that came out of that event? It brought the awareness that we are destroying our planet. We were finally were hit with the message that we are destroying it. We are not taking care of that, which is giving sustenance to us and supporting us. And so it is when it comes to your God Self that resides in your heart, your Three-Fold Flame. What comes to you doing this breathing work strengthening your Christ? You are going to have a choice. You might go out tomorrow and say Oh I am going to practice these principles and exercises next week because today I have this and that on my schedule and then I have to go to the grocery store or maybe I have to play golf or to the gym. You will be at choice tomorrow on whether you want to strengthen your Christ Self.
I am going to tell you if you keep on seeking that material, you are going to fall off this big cliff and it is not a judgment or a punishment from God. No you are just delaying your ascension till a later time because you want to play third dimensional frequencies. Do you know that when you invited your Masters and spirit guides here today that they were actually here energetically but in a different dimension? That is why you cannot see them with the naked eye but if you had a discerning eye, you could see them just like you could look out into the room and see people’s auras especially those in the back. Certain lights are conducive to it.
This earth is going to make a cosmic shift. Did you understand that this was happening? A cosmic wave of fifth dimensional frequency was dispensed from your Central Sun, Alpha and Omega, it went to Helios and Vesta to your system of worlds, and then to our planetary structure. The planets were all bathed in this light. It is inevitable, eminent. Months ago I said this was going to happen. I told people when I lived in Michigan that there is going to be no war, no sickness or disease and there is only going to be love, peace, and harmony. They loved hearing it but they could not see its reality.
We have been leading lifestreams down the correct channel telling them everything is allowed. There is free will and dominion. You have to follow some simple principles. Speak little, which I have not done today, love much, judge no one, and give all. The moment you stop judging life you can truly see you are free and not until then. Freedom can never be attained by lifestreams who judge. Every time you judge, you separate. Every time you judge, you violate one of our most sacred laws. If you live on a planet that has free will and dominion every time you judge, you are infringing on someone else’s free will and dominion. When you violate the law, you sever yourself from the tie that binds you to your Christ Self and there are only so many strings.
The Christ Self is the pure untainted part of you. It is not that you cut yourself from it and it is not like you are thinking there are only so many strands. No let me clarify your Christ Self can never ever be adulterated. It can never be hurt or harmed because it is pristine and holy. The God I AM Presence of you is simply your Christ Self. It is the crystal mind of God, the same mind that is in God. It is a mirror image of God that is exactly how God is; hence, the Father and I are one. When you come to the realization that these are not two separate beings but God manifested and unmanifested where both creator and creation exist in the same time, space, and place. Many on the planet are awakening to this realization. They become your future leaders in the Golden Age.
The Golden Age is just before you. There is no certain date that we can give because of the flux of humanity. Enough lifestreams have to start giving all honoring their God Self, living as their Christ Self, stop judging, be calm in mind, loving and peaceful in their feelings, strong in body, and radiate love morning, noon, and night. While you are driving your cars you can say I love myself, I love myself, I love all humanity. Join hearts and souls together love, peace and harmony, love, peace, and harmony radiate this harmony to your world. Send wave after wave after wave and if you really know yourself as the God Self, the Christ Self, you know that you are united with everyone here, everybody you do not see, and all humanity within the furthest corners of your earth. When you say it, you are not saying it alone. You are saying it with them, their Christ Self, and it creates power and light; it goes in and purges all the darkness.
Do you know there used to be labyrinths on your planet? There used to be dragons that were 40 to 55 feet long. You used to have a lizard race on your planet. This lizard race is minimal in number now because of the diligence of many lifestreams that sat in a room for two or three hours every single day doing spiritual work on top of their other work. They were called, answered the call, and did the work. They had to do their personal work and they took on these other two to three hours of work for humanity and the greater good of all.
Do you know that the dark forces were numbered millions? Did you know that the angels and the Swords of Blue Flame we have at the moment are numbered in legions? Did you know that they are all here right now? Did you know that is why it makes it inevitable and imminent that your planet becomes a planet of love and light? These guardians, these beings, dedicated their lives to this and are doing this for you no matter what the cost. We took it upon ourselves to do it with no regard to what toll it would take on us and we do it every single day.
I would ask you to lighten our load and simply do this one little thing, strengthen your Christ Self. As you strengthen your Christ, you strengthen my Christ. As you strengthen your Christ, you strengthen your mother’s, your brother’s, husband’s, or friends Christ and it is done for those that you do not even know or will ever come face to face with. Could you take the time to go out and share this information with someone else and spread the good news? We need the light workers so we can obtain Christ consciousness for everybody and ascend.
Did you know that this next ascension is literally a major, major, major one called a Cosmic Wave? Did you know that is why the fifth dimensional frequencies came in, so that the next group of people awakens? They are going to start laying hands on the sick and they recover. They start speaking the truth of the Kingdom and emanate and radiate light from out of their being without even saying a word. Just by their very Presence you are being filled with light. Many Masters in your presence increases the velocity, intensity, and voltage of your being. I told you they are great batteries of love and light. They so charge and affect everything that they touch with that love and that light and they are dedicated to that end.
So I want you all to please stand up and join hands by putting your right hand palm down and the left hand palm up. You receive with your left hand and give with your right hand. I want you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in and exhale, relax tell your body to relax. We will take another deep breath in and it will relax you even more, relax. I want you to simultaneously visualize the Three-Fold Flame you have in your heart and also visualize it in your brain, that two-pound mass of tissue in your skull. This is the way we can train our ego to be the servant of the Christ Self.
Fill your brain with the Three-Fold Flame blue to the left, yellow in the middle, and pink to the right while when you have it in your heart. You must have it in your brain at the same time. Visualize it in the physical heart and in the brain. I leave you with this gift truly this blessing is from on high. Here the mind of God starts thinking through you and becomes instilled in you and a seed is planted on this day. Nurture it fertilize it through daily use and you will feel like a Christ because you always were.
Repeating: “I love you God, I praise you God, I thank you God for by your will and by your grace I am you truly I AM. I am ready to allow you to express as me, God acting as me. God is in me giving life to me I could not exist without God nor would I choose to any more. Take command of me Holy Christ Self, take command of my every thought, word, and action. Let me feel your Presence everyday truly I allow you to take control of my life to help fulfill the divine plan of Mother Earth for a Golden Age of light. I avow before my God, brothers, and sisters here to start my resolve to be the Christ I was created to express and manifest. I am that Christ and I love you God.” Everybody raise your hands and say hallelujah I love myself. Hugs are appropriate.
